COLUMBUS, Ohio Democrats are accusing Ohio Secretary of State Kenneth Blackwell of playing politics with his campaign Web site for governor. Democrats say the Republican's Web site has a voter registration form that's easy to use. Visitors can simply fill out the form online, print it out and mail it in.
