A dark money group tied to Swiss billionaire Hansjörg Wyss poured tens of millions of dollars into organizations leading major left-wing campaigns...Fund for a Better Future (FBF), which has received a majority of its funding from two nonprofit foundations overseen by Wyss in recent years, pushed large sums of cash last year to groups dedicated to overhauling the Supreme Court, supporting President Biden's "Build Back Better" initiative, addressing alleged voter suppression, and advocating for aggressive climate change policies.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) met weekly with large social media platforms to collaborate on moderating content, according to a deposition this week from FBI Supervisory Special Agent Elvis Chan. Chan, who was one of the two FBI agents who contacted Facebook ahead of its censoring of the Hunter Biden laptop warning of potential Russian disinformation operations, said that the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force (FITF) and Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) officials met weekly with social media companies to remove specific accounts ahead of the 2020 presidential election, according to his deposition cited by Missouri Attorney General...

Amid a GOP campaign to pressure county supervisors across Arizona not to certify their elections, two counties have postponed their vote until the eleventh hour, raising questions about what happens if they fail to meet their deadline to finalize results. There’s a simple answer, according to election attorneys in the state: If counties do not certify their election by the Monday deadline imposed by state law, courts will force them to do so.

Donald Trump made bold statements on his Truth Social account over the weekend, saying that the Republican candidate for AZ Governor, Kari Lake, should be ‘installed’ as Arizona’s next governor. Trump made the statements as six counties prepared to meet the Monday deadline to certify the 2022 midterm election results in what will begin the process of contesting the highly troubled November elections. Media reports show that with 99 percent of the vote reported in Arizona, there is just 0.6 percent separating Lake from the projected victor, her Democratic opponent Katie Hobbs. But Republican outcry, led by Lake and former...

The attempt by Bill Gates (R), Chairman of the Board of Supervisors for Maricopa County in Arizona, to minimize the election day fiasco at 70 of the county's 223 polling locations failed to defuse suspicion that it was a calculated effort to swing the election in favor of Democrats. His claim that the heavily Republican 59 locations out of the 70 that were affected was "coincidental" seems implausible. Combined with the fact that 75% of Republican voters were predicted to vote at the polls on election day the inability to count a lasrge portion of their ballots lends more credibility...

Back in 2021, after the shocking election results from November when Democrats who were soundly defeated on Election Day, locked the doors on the counting rooms and continued to drive truckloads of mysterious ballots into the counting centers. Only when they took the lead in each battleground state did they call the election for basement dummy Joe Biden. The GOP fled the scene. Then on January 6, 2021, when a million conservative voters joined President Donald Trump at the Ellipse in Washington DC, the GOP skipped town again. Ronna McDaniel and the GOP elites went to their winter retreat at...

A lawsuit has been filed against Oregon Secretary of State Shemia Fagan and several County governments (Clackamas, Washington, Multnomah, Lane, Linn, Marion, Jackson, Deschutes, Yamhill, Douglas, Coos and Klamath) that alleges voter suppression and failures to address voter fraud complaints. The lawsuit cites a number of examples of what the plaintiffs believe to be evidence for voter fraud and suppression, and also references the 2,000 Mules documentary film produced by Dinesh D’Souza that was released earlier this year. The lawsuit asserts that, as per claims made in the documentary, that Oregon has criminals who operate ‘mule rings’ that engage in...

A left-leaning New York think tank sounded a familiar warning about Arizona’s “voter suppression bills” being “dangerously close to becoming law.” The Brennan Center for Justice added in a press release that Arizona was “taking center stage in the relentless effort to rein in voter participation in the name of ‘election security.’” Pending bills, the think tank claimed, were “aimed at making voting by mail harder.” That was in April 2021, before Arizona passed several reform measures that state legislators said they crafted to ensure secure and honest elections. Little more than a year later, in August 2022, Arizona notched...

Recently, the Akron Roundtable of Ohio invited me to give a presentation on the issue of election integrity as part of a recurring series it calls “Point/Counterpoint.” As I told the audience, the sponsors of the Roundtable, which includes the Kiwanis Club, the Greater Akron Chamber, and the Akron Beacon Journal, were to be applauded for upholding the great American tradition of having civil, even vigorous discussions on important issues from individuals with differing points of view, a tradition that has virtually disappeared in our communities and college campuses. The progressive, radical left, however, has no interest in upholding this...

As Virginians headed to vote on Election Day, reports began to surface Tuesday morning that some were being told a mask must be worn in order to enter a polling location and cast a ballot.. Townhall independently verified that a handful of Virginians who cast ballots in-person this morning were told masks were required to vote as well. As claims of similar incidents continued to surface, the Republican Party of Virginia tweeted that "if someone is not wearing a face covering they may NOT be turned away or refused their right to vote." In addition, the NAACP Legal Defense Fund...

UPDATE: Following reporting from Townhall and others that Virginia voters were being required to wear a mask in order to cast a ballot on Tuesday, Virginia Department of Elections Commissioner Chris Piper reminded poll workers that masks could not be a prerequisite to voting. "We have gotten several reports of voters either being turned away or being made to wait until the polling place is clear before being allowed to vote if they refuse to wear a mask," Commissioner Piper wrote. "You may not turn voters away because they are not wearing masks," he reiterated, echoing official guidance issued in...

Hollywood star Arnold Schwarzenegger is urging Joe Biden to create a new “Voting Rights Act,” saying that such a law would help combat “voter suppression.” The Terminator star said in an interview Saturday with CNN’s Michael Smerconish that he wants the president elect and Congress to work on the new legislation. “I just recommend very strongly that now when Biden is in office that they go and work on a new Voting Rights Act,” he said. “I think it is irresponsible to not have a Voting Rights Act and to have those polling places closed under the auspices of budgets,...

The Fake Pollsters at @ABC / @washingtonpost  produced a possibly illegal suppression Poll just before the Election showing me down 17 points in Wisconsin when, in fact, on Election Day, the race was even - & we are now preparing to win the state. Many such “deplorable†instances! -Donald J Trump https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1326519025552265216 Â

In every election cycle, there is only one poll that matters, and that is the election results. That has never been truer than in 2020. Why should we have paid attention to the polls? As of Thursday morning, the popular vote margin was 50% Joe Biden and 48% Donald Trump. Here are some of the closing polls: Quinnipiac University: Biden 50%, Trump 39%. NBC News/Wall Street Journal: Biden 52%, Trump 42%. Fox News: Biden 52%, Trump 44%. CNN (likely voters): Biden 54%, Trump 42%. RealClearPolitics average: Biden up 7.2%. On Oct. 28, the ABC News/Washington Post poll preposterously posited Biden...

An attorney who is a close friend in New Jersey just called me. He has voted in the same location in Monmouth County for 32 years. They are requiring ALL persons who show up to vote to complete provisional ballots, telling them to leave many boxes blank. He called the county elections office and was told that the NJ Governor issued a rule that ALL IN PERSON VOTING MUST FILL OUT PROVISIONAL BALLOTS. No using voting machines. This takes much longer and is difficult for many people.

Bipartisan attacks on our nation’s institutions and the integrity of our electoral processes create the appearance of consensus that our government is illegitimate. The ink was not yet dry on President Trump’s certificate of election in 2016 when The Resistance kicked into high gear, attacking the integrity of our electoral system. Less than a month after his election, Hollywood leftists such as Martin Sheen began running television ads imploring GOP electors to abandon the incoming president and vote for someone else. When that plan went sideways, leftists shifted to a new strategy: Proclaim the president illegitimate by attacking our election...
