<p>Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi has appealed to all nations to follow his country's example and eliminate all weapons of mass destruction.</p>
<p>"This is a true opportunity for real historic peace," Gadhafi told journalists in Brussels Tuesday during his first official visit to Europe in more than 15 years.</p>
