Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi has appealed to all nations to follow his country's example and eliminate all weapons of mass destruction.
"This is a true opportunity for real historic peace," Gadhafi told journalists in Brussels Tuesday during his first official visit to Europe in more than 15 years.

This guy has to be in on a plan for some nukes going off in the USA and europe/Israel. Otherwise he would never be trying to deflect blame like this.

You said it! I was scared to death of this guy as a kid. I used to think we were all going to die because of a nuke.
Remember all those 80's movies? I remember not doing a book report in school because I thought it didn't matter anyway. LOL
Now he has turned into "peace maker".
