Tyler Robinson’s lover, Lance Twiggs, has been granted limited “use immunity” to testify in person at an upcoming hearing in the Charlie Kirk murder case. Prosecutors said in a court filing that they want to cross-examine Lance Twiggs. The prosecutors plan to present Lance Twiggs’s text exchanges with Robinson and recorded statements during next month’s preliminary hearing.
