The chances of former President Donald Trump winning Wisconsin are good, Democrat and Republican sources told Mark Halperin — limiting Vice President Kamala Harris’s path to an Electoral College victory. Political experts have said for months that whichever candidate wins Pennsylvania wins the election, but Harris could win Pennsylvania and lose the election, according to Halperin. “My reporting is that she’s [Harris] in trouble in Wisconsin,” Halperin said on his 2Way platform. “This is based on three sources, two Republicans, one Democrat, all of whom know the state quite well, and all of whom told me today the same version...

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court shut down an effort to allow mail-in ballots lacking a handwritten date to be counted in the 2024 election. The ruling overturns a decision from a Commonwealth Court finding that the state law requiring a handwritten date was unconstitutional. The Pennsylvania GOP appealed that ruling to the state supreme court, and now undated mail-in ballots will not be counted in the upcoming election. Justice Kevin Dougherty admonished the Commonwealth Court for its ruling in a forcefully-worded opinion relating to Friday's ruling. "'This Court will neither impose nor countenance substantial alterations to existing laws and procedures during...

Former President Bill Clinton made a remark that may well have handed the election to Donald Trump after he admiited the economy was better while he was in the White House. Clinton’s pro-Trump slip elicited groans from the crowd in Muskegon Heights. Voter anger is rising in Pennsylvania’s Erie County after the second mishap in this voting season led to some residents not getting ballots they requested. Earlier this month, nearly 300 Erie County voters were sent their own mail-in ballot and another voter’s ballot, as well, according to Go Erie. That led Joe Morris, political science department chair at Mercyhurst University, to say this was a bad place for a mistake to take place, according to Your Erie. “To have a problem in Pennsylvania is bad. To have a problem in Pennsylvania’s swing-iest swing county is absolutely horrible,” he said. Board...
