A Cazenovia man was arrested on Thursday following a joint investigation into explicit communications involving a child. The New York State Police arrested Travis Longo, 46, following a law enforcement referral received by the Troop D Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Oneida. Investigators determined that Longo allegedly engaged in a pattern of sexually explicit communications with a child under the age of 12.
