WATERTOWN, Wis. — President Joe Biden visited a small town in western Wisconsin Thursday to talk up his infrastructure and energy spending in the swing state at a local electrical supply company. The visit to the Dairy State, his first since stepping out of the presidential race, was on official presidential business and unconnected to the Harris-Walz campaign — but that didn’t stop Biden from mentioning his “predecessor” Donald Trump several times during his twenty-five-minute speech. Besides bashing the ex-prez at the top of the GOP ticket, Biden appeared to have many other presidents on his mind Thursday. When announcing...

The new Max drama series The Girls on the Bus just got sideswiped by its corporate cousin, CNN. Adapted from former New York Times reporter Amy Chozick’s memoir about covering Hillary Clinton’s ill-fated 2016 presidential campaign, the series puts feminism front and center by focusing on four fictional female journalists who are assigned to report on a presidential campaign.. While the show seems ripe for establishment media adulation — Hillary, the New York Times, girl-boss power, journalistic self-absorption — it has earned a surprising big-thumbs-down from CNN’s media critic Brian Lowry.

President Joe Biden gained a “reputation” during his first three years in the White House for reportedly using curse words when speaking about former President Donald Trump. Although Biden vowed to restore “decency” to the White House, he failed to make good on his promise, according to Politico’s Jonathan Lemire, Lauren Egan, Myah Ward, and Ben Johansen, who acknowledged Biden’s habit of cursing his political opponents: The president has described Trump to longtime friends and close aides as a “sick fuck” who delights in others’ misfortunes, according to three people who have heard the president use the profane description. According...

President Joe Biden took to social media on Sunday to trash what he called the “MAGA agenda,” dismissing it and those Republicans who follow it as threats to the very fabric of America. He sneered on Twitter: “The MAGA agenda represents an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our Republic. It doesn’t respect our Constitution. It doesn’t believe in the rule of law. And it doesn’t recognise the will of the people.”

President Biden made a pointed effort to criticize two branches of the American government during his trip to Europe. The president first voiced his frustration with the Supreme Court during his press conference in Spain, for their “outrageous behavior” by overturning Roe v. Wade and ruling in support of the Second Amendment. He described the Supreme Court as “destabilizing” to the global order. “We’ve been a leader in the world in terms of personal rights and privacy rights and it is a mistake in my view for the Supreme Court to do what it did.” But Biden boasted of his...

Hillary Rodham Clinton has released a novel under her name, State of Terror, in which critics claim she gets even with Joe Biden and Donald Trump for beating her to the White House by characterizing one as a “fool” and the other as “terrifying” and dangerous. The novel, released last Tuesday, is a political thriller following the fictional contretemps surrounding the career of a new U.S. Secretary of State, “Ellen Adams,” as she rushes to solve a public response to a terror plot against the country.

President Joe Biden criticized supporters of former President Donald Trump as a “significant minority” of Americans during a press conference in Europe on Monday. The president spoke about Trump and his supporters during a press conference after a day of NATO summit meetings with world leaders. He said: I think it’s appropriate to say that the Republican party is vastly diminished in numbers, the leadership of the Republican party is fractured and the Trump wing of the party is the bulk of the party, but it makes up a significant minority of the American people.

If you ever want to know what liberal Hollywood really thinks, just watch a Shonda Rhimes show. In about every other episode she has characters going off on thinly veiled, self-righteous liberal monologues. Tonight, ABC’s Scandal had two separate characters rant about "white men" and "country people." For those who aren’t unfamiliar with Scandal, GOP presidential primary candidate Hollis Doyle (Gregg Henry) is a character intended to spoof Donald Trump. The similarities in this particular show are endless: The opposing campaigns despair that “no matter what he does America loves him,” an ex-wife claims he raped her, he’s asked to...

After accusing Breitbart News of "terrible reporting" on the intrigue surrounding John Boehner's re-election as Speaker of the House, Politico ran a detailed article repeating most of the same facts found in our reporting. When editors proofed Jake Sherman and John Bresnahan's article titled "Conservatives rebel against Boehner" there must have been a sense of déjà vu, as point after point reported at Breitbart was re-confirmed, this time with the stamp of approval from the Beltway Journo-list's favorite rag. Indeed, Sherman himself must have been a bit chagrined after engaging in a public back-and-forth on Twitter with his Politico colleague...

UTJ Chairman says Chareidi Jews are the ones hardest hit by Likud and Kadima's "disastrous" policies. MK Rav Yisrael Eichler, Chairman of the hareidi United Torah Judaism faction in the Knesset, lambasted Opposition Leader Tzipi Livni over the diatribe she directed Saturday night at hareidi Jews and settlers in Judea and Samaria. "The angry outburst by Kadima chairwoman Mrs. Livni, according to which hareidim get everything through blackmail and therefore do not take part in the social protest, stems from Kadima's drastic downturn in the polls, with a loss of ten Knesset seats." "The protesters know that Kadima and Netanyahu...

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) -- The New Hampshire Supreme Court ruled Monday that garbage is private, even when it has been put out near the street for collection. The 4-1 decision runs counter to rulings by the U.S. Supreme Court and high courts in most other states. But the court said New Hampshire's constitution provides a stronger expectation of privacy than the U.S. Constitution. The decision came in a case in which police searched a man's trash and found wire scrapers coated with marijuana residue. Based on that and the observation that John Goss appeared to have a light for growing...

Sweeping the muck You wonder how Sen. Patrick Leahy cleans off the slime following a round of confirmation hearings as chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. On any given day, Leahy could be coated with some of the most vile mistruths, slurs and lies polluting American public life. Another good man's reputation will be ruined today if the Judiciary Committee votes as expected to reject -- along straight party lines -- the nomination of Charles Pickering Sr. to the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. Pickering was the victim of a well-crafted Washington smear campaign by liberal special interest groups who...
