A Colorado public school diversity teacher said in private emails that he was struggling with the urge not to "burn things down" which didn't represent equity, according to records reviewed by Fox News Digital.
Casey Menninger is a diversity teacher in Jefferson County Public School District's Foster K-8 school. Menninger was involved in crafting the curriculum for other teachers to present to their classes.
Menninger wanted classes to be focused on bad things done by White people.

You think we have a choice - we don't. The only solution will be radical austerity upon government and spending - to eliminate marxism at home and empire abroad. We are swimming upstream against the current, so either make the choice and manage the process, or let others make the choice for you. Washington DC will choose nothing voluntarily, so the path is set.
Fight all the wars abroad you want to try to maintain US dollar hegemony against Russia, China, etc.. The system can not continue as is, and its causing the destruction of the republic.
The Soviet Union also preferred not to have a debt collapse due to the contradictions of their ideology and empire, but they did not get a choice either

The Left seems to think it’s all just theft from one party to another. If whites tend to have more, and blacks tend to have less, then that’s because evil white people stole all the wealth from blacks.
Equity is about equal outcomes. And it justifies explicit theft by blacks. They fully deserve to steal whatever they want from whites. It’s just reparations for the evil thefts by whites in the past.
Normal people of all races are excluded from the die club.
I don’t see this insane libtard school appointing anyone to help kids with homework, develop critical thinking skills, sharpen math or writing skills-—no, just facilitating libtard brainwashing. The parents should yank their kids out from this malicious influence.
