A U.S. District Court judge has ruled that the Trump administration cannot deport Mahmoud Khalil, the radical, pro-Hamas activist who was a graduate student at Columbia University. Random activist judges have overstepped their authority to rule against the Trump administration so many times in the last few months that it’s nearly impossible to keep up with all the rulings. Who appointed these judges to run the country? No one, and the American people are already sick and tired of this. FOX News reports: Federal judge sides with anti-Israel ringleader Mahmoud Khalil, halts Trump administration’s deportation bid A federal judge sided...

The Supreme Court on Saturday blocked, for now, the deportations of any Venezuelans held in northern Texas under an 18th-century wartime law. In a brief order, the court directed the Trump administration not to remove Venezuelans held in the Bluebonnet Detention Center “until further order of this court.” Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito dissented. The high court acted in an emergency appeal from the American Civil Liberties Union contending that immigration authorities appeared to be moving to restart removals under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798. The Supreme Court had said earlier in April that deportations could proceed only...

The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals denied the Trump DOJ’s effort to block Judge Xinis’ order requiring the US government to “facilitate” the return of alleged MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia. A three-judge panel: Harvie Wilkinson (Reagan), Robert King (Clinton), and Stephanie Thacker (Obama) issued the order. Judge Wilkinson, the Reagan appointee, repeatedly referred to Abrego Garcia as a “resident” even though he’s an illegal alien. Kilmar Abrego Garcia is an El Salvadorian national who was illegally residing in Maryland. In 2019, an immigration judge ordered Abrego Garcia, an alleged member of the dangerous MS-13 gang, removed from the...

The United States Supreme Court has denied President-elect Trump's petition to block his Friday sentencing in New York v. Trump. Trump needed five votes in order to have his request granted. The note on the order suggests Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Amy Coney Barrett voted with Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Katanji Brown Jackson. Trump's sentencing is now expected to move forward, with the president-elect expected to appear virtually for the proceeding, scheduled for 9:30 am Friday

The Supreme Court on Jan. 9 rejected President-elect Donald Trump’s request to halt proceedings in his New York business records case, removing a potential barrier to sentencing scheduled for Jan. 10. The brief order noted that Justices Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, and Brett Kavanaugh would have granted the application. The court offered several reasons it said it refused to grant the application. “First, the alleged evidentiary violations at President-elect Trump’s state-court trial can be addressed in the ordinary course on appeal. Second, the burden that sentencing will impose on the President-Elect’s responsibilities is relatively insubstantial in light of...

While interviewing with The Guardian, Mayes said she's teaming up with California Attorney General Rob Bonta and New Mexico Attorney General Raúl Torrez to fight against Trump's attempts to uphold the law. Mayes also said she would not be deterred by Proposition 314, which makes it a state crime to cross the border illegally and allows local law enforcement to arrest illegals. The ballot proposition passed by a landslide in the 2024 election. Trump-allied attorney and Article III Project founder Mike Davis called Mayes out for stealing the 2022 election from Abe Hamadeh and said she could go to prison...

The newly approved ordinance would also prohibit “any city resources, property or personnel from being utilized for any federal immigration enforcement.".. The Los Angeles City Council Tuesday adopted a sanctuary city ordinance that prohibits the use of city resources in immigration enforcement, including cooperating with federal immigration agents as the incoming Trump administration hints at immigration crackdown. The city council passed the motion unanimously to codify the protective measures after City Attorney Hydee Feldstein Soto and Mayor Karen Bass expedited the draft ordinance last week. Because the measure was passed with an urgency clause, the sanctuary city statute will go...

A hacker gained access to witness testimony related to investigations into former Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.), who resigned from Congress last week after President-elect Trump tapped him for attorney general, multiple news outlets reported Tuesday. Ireland’s ruling Fianna Fail party have escalated their rhetoric against their own citizens, calling for protestors against stabbings by migrants to be ‘shot in the head’. Last Thursday, an immigrant from Algeria (who was not deported when he was ordered to) stabbed children on the streets of Dublin. Since then, the increasingly incompetent and egomaniacal Justice Minister Helen McEntee has used the tragedy to wage war on her enemies, namely anyone who opposed her widely panned anti free speech law proposals. McEntee has barely uttered two words about her government’s failure to stop the attack. They allowed him back on...
