The United States Supreme Court has denied President-elect Trump's petition to block his Friday sentencing in New York v. Trump.
Trump needed five votes in order to have his request granted. The note on the order suggests Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Amy Coney Barrett voted with Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Katanji Brown Jackson.
Trump's sentencing is now expected to move forward, with the president-elect expected to appear virtually for the proceeding, scheduled for 9:30 am Friday

Disgraceful.
Judas Barrett.
The two usual suspects. Roberts and his bottom bitch.
Roberts needs to step aside from his ceremonial function Jan 20 and allow Thomas to administer the oath
“And Brave Judge Roberts, Brave Judge Roberts ran away.”
(clop clop, clop clop)
But she's against Roe V Wade! That's all that mattered to some people. It was obvious she wasn't going to be a good conservative justice but a lot of people couldn't see past one issue.
Trump needs to take the oath and then tell Robert’s to go $&@% himself right to his face and in public.
They don’t know what this does? Hell, this a-hole judge could just put the president in prison.
So much for Dershowitz’s prediction. Instead Amy voted with the rats and stabbed the nation in the back. I figured they would use the leap frogging dodge. So now the rats/MSM get their label to hang on an incoming Presidents neck.
Disgusting worthless pukes on that court.
Justices should be neither conservative or liberal.
It is exceedingly rare for the Supreme Court to intervene in a case before it has made its way through the normal appeal process. The defendant in a case like this would have to demonstrate that there is a compelling reason why the normal process should be circumvented before it has run its course.
As idiotic as this case against Trump was, it's really stretching it to claim that he can't attend a sentencing hearing (remotely). The charges are so comical that they will eventually be thrown out -- perhaps even long before an appeal reaches the federal courts. But that doesn't mean the sentencing must be stopped NOW.
The minstrel was eaten and there was much merriment.
I hope Trump stays as mad as hell.
Second, the burden that sentencing will impose on the President-Elect’s responsibilities is relatively insubstantial in light of the trial court’s stated intent to impose a sentence of ‘unconditional discharge’ after a brief virtual hearing,” a note on the Supreme Court’s docket read.
“in a case like this.” There is no “case like this.”
The women all lined up against Trump.
Pure TRIBALISM - always putting the tribe before the country, or anything else.
Unfortunately, there is — at least at this stage.
