<p>Leaders of a Republican-leaning political action committee have penciled in a second Tea Party Express tour across the United States, tentatively including six Texas stops including one Nov. 6 in Austin.</p>
<p>The caravan is expected to roll out from San Diego Oct. 25 and end up in Orlando, Florida Nov. 11. Unlike the first tour, which ended early this month, it won’t head north to Washington.</p>
