Coleen Rowley, the FBI whistleblower who took on then-Director Robert Mueller over botched terrorism investigations, reportedly is considering a run for Congress. Rowley told Time magazine she'd decide within two weeks whether she'd take on GOP Rep. John Kline in the race for Minnesota's 2nd Congressional District seat.
