From the video: Tucker Haas was just two years old when he was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. Fraternity members at Penn State University took him under their wing. CBS News correspondent Nancy Chen traveled to State College, Pennsylvania to see how Haas, who is now a senior at PSU himself, is paying it forward.

The Hockey team won the Pep Rally portion (where all the athletic teams perform skits for the dancers) - 2 hours after beating powerhouse Minnesota in overtime! Penn State's Thon ended Sunday afternoon with a record-breaking finish. Last year's $12.37 million was surpassed with this year's $13,343,517.33. The total was revealed Sunday at the 2014 Thon at the Bryce Jordan Center. This is the 42nd year for the student fundraiser. Thon is a 46 hour no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon. Since 1977, Thon has raised more than $101 million benefiting the Four Diamonds Fund at Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital.

After a year of fundraising, months of planning, and 46 hours of dancing, this year’s IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon shattered last year’s final total and raise a whopping $13,343,517.33 For The Kids.
