Not too long ago, a Non-Governmental Organization representative from Cameroon stood in the United Nations General Assembly and stated with naked ferocity: "Our enemy is individual freedom!" It is, at least, a frank admission and an honest challenge to Sir Winston Churchill's belief that the "common denominator in the history of the English-speaking peoples is individual freedom."
