Actress and singer Bette Midler minced no words in telling West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice (R) what she thought of his governing in the state, saying in a fiery tweet on Friday, “I’d say his dog’s a– would make a better Governor than him!” The Grammy Award-winning singer tweeted a photo of West Virginia's rankings in areas such as health care, the economy and infrastructure, showing the state's overall rank in the country at 47th place.
