The Government has accused China of carrying out an internet spying campaign against vital parts of the economy, it has been reported. Agency Urges Schools To Protect Research BOSTON -- The FBI is warning colleges to be on the lookout for foreign spies or potential terrorists who might try to steal unclassified, sensitive research.
