Tulsa's NCAAP is speaking out after the Muskogee officer-involved fatal shooting. The president, Pleas Thompson says it is proof there is a 'shoot first, ask questions later' culture. Thompson sat down with Channel 8 to view the raw video that Muskogee police released. He feels the officer could have avoided shooting, since Terrance Walker was seen running away. Thompson says the shooting only damages the relationship between the community and the police department.
