Family Research Council President Tony Perkins called on Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel to resign on the Todd Starnes Radio Show Wednesday. The Christian conservative leader told host Todd Starnes that McDaniel announced the “RNC Pride Coalition” without consulting RNC leadership over the weekend. “I think it’s time for her to take up something else and leave the party to those who I think can chart a path forward, restore what has been lost, and make sure that the Republicans, the conservatives regain the majority – both in Congress and continue to see victories in states across the...

We love Todd Starnes. His insights and reporting are spectacular and his wit is equally appealing. But we all make mistakes. For Starnes, he learned the hard way why so many of his fans are adamantly against the Covid-19 injections. “I got the Moderna vaccine on the advice of my doctor. About a week later my blood pressure suddenly shot up over 200 and was hospitalized with a heart problem that I did not have before I got the vaccine. I did not get the second dose.” I got the Moderna vaccine on the advice of my doctor. About a...

Over the past four years President Trump has established himself as a man of his word – promises made, promises kept. And that’s especially true among Evangelical Christians. President Trump has been more of a friend to people of faith than any other president dating back to President Reagan. He is without a doubt the most pro-life president in American history. He has nominated constitutionalists to the federal courts. And he is also a rock-solid defender of the Second Amendment.Promises made, promises kept.So you can imagine the consternation among social conservatives and Evangelical Christians when the Trump campaign erased those significant...

The annual Fireman’s Parade is a big deal in Franklin, New Jersey. But there’s a bit of controversy after volunteer firefighters from Sussex County included a Trump 2020 banner in the Color Guard. The banner included the words, “Keep America Great.” Local Democrats are furious. The Sussex County Watchdog reports that the volunteer firefighters have received death threats. And some citizens are calling for the volunteers to be fired. “Evidently, their loathing of Donald Trump is more dear to them than the safety of their own children,” the Watchdog reported. The New Jersey Herald reports someone filed a complaint with...

Todd Starnes may have been onto something. Fox News released radio host Todd Starnes today after a guest speculated on his show, “Fox News & Commentary” on Monday that Democrats may worship the pagan deity Moloch, a demon referenced in the Old Testament who is honored by child sacrifice. Starnes discussed the matter with Dr. Robert Jeffress, a evangelical pastor from Dallas. They talked about their support of President Donald Trump and the possible satanic motivations behind the far-left’s extremist agenda. “That reminds me of an arsonist, a pyromaniac with a match in his hand about to set a building...

Parishioners at a California Episcopal church will no longer pray by name for the president of the United States over fears the name "Donald Trump" might trigger microaggressions among sanctified snowflakes. Mike Kinman, the rector of All Saints Church in Pasadena, broke the news to the congregation in a blog posting that was filled with all sorts of liturgical lunacy.

A classroom assignment on Islam says one negative effect of the Crusades is that Christians are still treating Muslims harshly. “I almost fell over,” said Barbara Light. Mrs. Light, of Westwood, New Jersey, was helping her 13-year-old daughter prepare for a World History test when she discovered some rather shocking lessons. “The Christians’ harsh treatment of Muslims in the Holy Land led to bitterness that has lasted to the present,” one worksheet stated.

There are two indisputable facts surrounding Target’s decision to allow men to use the same bathrooms and changing rooms as women and little girls. First, Target’s stock has taken pounding since April. Second quarter earnings fell to $680 million, according to Market Watch. And revenue fell 7.2 percent. Second, more than 1.4 million consumers have joined American Family Association’s nationwide boycott of the nation’s second-largest discount retailer. The debate is whether there is a correlation between those two facts. Target CEO Brian Cornwell told Fortune magazine in May that the transgender bathroom policy has nothing to do with their financial...

Let's say your tenth-grader forgets his lunch. So you receive a telephone call at work. “Mom, I left my baloney sandwich on the kitchen counter,” he tells you. “Can you bring it to me, pretty please?” So, what would you do? I’d be willing to bet a Moonpie that many parents would drop everything and rush to the school to personally deliver their little snowflake’s brown bag lunch. But that sort of coddling is not allowed at Catholic High School for Boys in Little Rock, Arkansas. As a matter of fact – it’s outright banned. Catholic High School prides itself...

The race for the White House comes down to one simple question. Who do you want nominating justices to the highest court in the land -- a Johnny-come-lately conservative or a proven constitutional conservative? Now -- I want to say something to all you folks out there who profess to be good churchgoing Christians. You could have prevented this from happening. But you refused to vote for Mitt Romney. You said he was too liberal. You said he was a Mormon. So you stayed home -- and Barack Obama got re-elected. To paraphrase Bonhoeffer: not to vote is to vote....

Conservative Fox News commentator Todd Starnes said Saturday he was temporarily banned from Facebook over a post he wrote extolling the National Rifle Association, Chick-fil-A and Paula Deen. Conservative Commentator Says Facebook Blocked Him Over Politically Incorrect Post About the NRA, Paula Deen and Jesus “I’m about as politically incorrect as you can get,” Starnes wrote. “I’m wearing an NRA ball cap, eating a Chick-fil-A sandwich, reading a Paula Deen cookbook and sipping a 20-ounce sweet tea while sitting in my Cracker Barrel rocking chair with the Gather Vocal Band singing ‘Jesus Saves’ on the stereo and a Gideon’s Bible...

Facebook blocked Fox News Radio’s Todd Starnes after he posted a message on his fan page supporting the National Rifle Association, Paula Deen and Jesus. He was also prevented from posting a daily Bible verse on the page. “I’m about as politically incorrect as you can get,” Starnes wrote on his Facebook page. “I’m wearing an NRA ball cap, eating a Chick-fil-A sandwich, reading a Paula Deen cookbook and sipping a 20-ounce sweet tea while sitting in my Cracker Barrel rocking chair with the Gather Vocal Band singing ‘Jesus Saves’ on the stereo and a Gideon’s Bible in my pocket....

By now you’ve heard that the Internal Revenue Service has been engaged in Nixonian-style investigations of conservative groups. Words like “Tea Party” or “patriots” trigged special scrutiny by government revenuers. That was back in 2011 — about the same time I started hosting this daily commentary. And based on my subject matter, it’s safe to say that President Obama and I are not exactly b.f.f.’s. Not too long after we launched the commentaries, I got word that I was being audited — all the way back to 2004. I hired an attorney and CPA and began the arduous task of...

Posted on June 11, 2011 by Daniel Zimmerman Remember, leave guns to the experts. Which means the police and the military. It's just too dangerous to have regular citizens running around with guns. Oh. Wait… (sigh) Another abysmal example of gun handling by a member of the law enforcement community. This time, it's 12-year Denver PD veteran Detective Bret Starnes . . .columbinecourier.com reports that Det. Starnes had been getting in some range time (yes!) when his pistol jammed. So he returned home to pick up another heater. Starnes tested the second gun in his master bathroom, "dry-firing" it without ammunition,...
