Nikki Haley says Trump is ‘clearly the better choice’ over Harris in new WSJ op-ed

Former presidential candidate Nikki Haley backed her one-time GOP rival Donald Trump Sunday in a new opinion piece, arguing the ex-commander in chief is “clearly the better choice” over Vice President Kamala Harris.

Haley urged undecided voters to look at both candidates’ policy proposals, which she said clearly show Trump as the better option in a Wall Street Journal op-ed published two days before Election Day.

The former South Carolina governor wrote that she agrees with Trump most of the time — though he isn’t perfect — and disagrees with Harris “nearly all of the time.”

“That makes this an easy call,” she wrote as she slammed the Biden-Harris administration for several issues facing the country, including frustrating inflation, the soaring national debt and poor national security.

Will give her the credit of knowing enough to not go full Benedict Arnold against conservatives. Not sure she can climb back up though, a lot of trust has been washed away.

Gee, glad you approve, Nikki.

You’re still not getting a cabinet position.

She wants one of those cushy Ambassador jobs again. Like she was before. Or ambassador to the UK or Italy. I would not mind being in one of these cushy jobs. Live in Rome for four years. Travel around in a Mercedes. Eat at fancy restaurants, etc.

She’s always been a more clever of the country club GOPers because she didn’t throw her lot in with Democrats like so many others did, destroying their political careers.

Chris Sununu(NH Governor) was really counting on Nicky to win the nomination or at least become VP.
The word was he would have been her potential VP pick.
which is why he did not run against Maggie Hassan for US Senator. Which he most likely would have won.

NEVER AGAIN. You NEVER give a known BACKSTABBER the opportunity to push a shiv into your back. She should get NO POSITION in the Trump administration to use as a stepping stone.

Nikki should be treated the way she treated confederate flags when she was governor—hidden in a basement never to be seen again....

She has supported President Trump since not long after dropping out of the primary race. She overstayed. She burned bridges. Her support has been too conditional. ...

But her support has been critically important, if only to deny the left any pretense of claiming her small (and yet exaggerated) wing of the GOP to their side.

I like Haley. Trump has held her at arm's length because he's had to, but post-election there is no return to him or the Party from continuing. He will welcome her with open arms and make a prominent place for her in his second Administration.

actually her work as US Ambassador to UN was not “cushy” and she did it better than most. i’m not a fan of hers, but do favor facts.

Four weeks ago when she was equivocating this might have been useful and significant. Today it is self serving only and won’t move ten votes.
