    Four men from Birmingham have been charged with terrorism offences and will appear in a London court. Khobaib Hussain, Ishaaq Hussain and Shahid Kasam Khan, all 19, and Naweed Mahmood Ali, 24, were last night charged with fundraising for terrorist purposes and of travelling to Pakistan for terrorist training.
