A Carlisle man is facing charges after police say he deliberately coughed near a senior citizen who was wearing a medical face mask in a Cumberland County grocery store on Friday. According to the North Middleton Township Police Department, Daniel Tabussi, 57, is now facing charges of terroristic threats, simple assault by physical menace, disorderly conduct and harassment.
