SAN JOSE (CBS 5) ― Controversy is brewing over at the Miss Café in the Alum Rock neighborhood in San Jose. It's not because of the food, but over the revealing clothing worn by the wait staff. The restaurant serves Vietnamese food and coffee. Some neighbors say the restaurant is inappropriate and are upset over the mini-skirt wearing waitresses. The owners say outside of a minor code violation, Miss Café is not breaking any laws. Our video report has more.
