OAKLAND, Calif. - A major sideshow erupted on the eastern span of the Bay Bridge overnight. It's becoming a common occurrence in the Bay Area. The sideshow in the middle of the night came to a close with a fireworks show. Participants shot them 30 feet into the sky with cars taking over the bridge around 2 a.m. Sunday, causing traffic to come to a halt for about an hour. Sideshows are rearing their ugly head once again in Oakland. Take a look at this video shot in the aftermath of a crash during a West Oakland sideshow, showing a hostile crowd accosting a woman they believe was responsible. (Warning: profane language) Oakland police said the incident happened about 4:15 a.m. Saturday on the 2500 block of Middle Harbor Road at the Port of Oakland. Obama called the swelling uproar over the Etch-a-Sketch YouTube video talking points shilled by U.N.
