N.Korea Restricts Sailing off Northwest Coast North Korea has restricted passage of ships in the area off the coast of the West Korea Bay some 100 km northwest of Pyongyang. Japan's Kyodo news agency quoted the Japanese Coast Guard as saying one of its patrol boats had intercepted a warning sent out by the North to one of its vessels.
