How Did The United States Destroy the Militant Politico-Religio Ideology of Japanese Shintoism? The US developed a program to utterly and totally DELEGITIMZE political Shinto in Japan after WWII and decades later results universally speaks for itself. This nation as well as all Western civilization must accept that Islam is a religion as violent and dangerous as Shintoism and must be utterly and totally delegitimized to win the war for humanity and civilization as we know it. To continue to allow the practice of political Islam is the equivalent of legitimizing and legalizing sedition/treason as an act of faith.Enough already....

From Shinto to Christian Pastor by John D. Morris, Ph.D. * The Institute for Creation Research recently hosted a delightful guest: Pastor Nobuji Horikoshi. (He tells people to remember his last name by noting it sounds somewhat like “Holy Ghost”.) He pastors one of the largest churches in Japan, the growing Souai Church in Mie Prefecture in south-central Japan and heads up an effective “creation voice” in Japan. He even installed an extensive creation museum on the church grounds. Recently, he visited ICR with his lovely wife of many years and his youth pastor, Satoshi Miyazaki.

Not to "step on anybody's rice bowl" here, but does anyone besides me find this a bit IRONIC??Here we have a case where we are told by The Pentagon back in the States that military funerals, involving a time-honored tradition of flag-folding, must be "religiously cleansed", and other references for example to Jesus Christ kept out of Chaplains' public comments. All the while, here in Japan, just one week ago (as in previous years), the US Navy's Commander of Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) and MWR Office officially sanctioned, paid for, or otherwise arranged American sailors to parade through the streets in...

Ishihara The consequences of joining the club Jonathan MirskyINVENTING JAPAN: FROM EMPIRE TO ECONOMIC MIRACLE, 1853-1964 By Ian Buruma Weidenfeld, £12.99, pp.162, ISBN:1842126873 It didn’t last quite 40 years, but for much of the adult lives of Spectator readers Japan was Top Country; indeed, Harvard’s Ezra Vogel wrote Japan as Number One, and he and many others, including international corporate executives, sought to discover the secret of Japan’s success and wondered how it could be applied in the West. In the late 1990s the bubble burst: Sayonara, Number One. What happened? It is the considerable achievement of Ian Buruma’s...
