(AP) -- Seton Hall University has ordered it campus radio station to change its format of heavy metal and hard rock, saying the music is "inconsistent" with the mission of a faith-based institution.</p> <p>Khaled Elsebai, a senior who serves as the station's music director, said it already bans bands and songs whose lyrics might be considered obscene or anti-religious. He said university officials do not understand the music they play and tend to stereotype its fans.</p>

<p>More than three years after a fire ripped through a Seton Hall University dormitory, two students were arrested yesterday for allegedly setting the blaze that killed three freshmen and injured dozens of other students.</p> <p>Joseph LePore and Sean Ryan, both 22, were charged with arson, reckless manslaughter and felony murder in connection with the fire on the South Orange campus, their attorneys said.</p>
