"Customs and Border Protection has been given enough money to fully staff the border but has chosen to use the money elsewhere, we believe it is to fund the salaries of Supervisory CBP Officers. The money they are diverting was to go to AUO (Administratively Uncontrollable Overtime) which is actually straight pay and is used to pay Border Patrol Agents for anything past eight hours. BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) -- As part of new security operations around Falluja, Iraqi special forces and U.S. Marines have set up vehicle checkpoints in and around the volatile city, a U.S. military statement said Friday.

Geneva - Baghdad's main water supply station, threatened by looters, has been secured by US forces, a spokesperson for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) said on Saturday.
