Some Little Rock School District students had an abbreviated first day of school. They were sent home, because they weren't wearing uniforms. Parents of some Cloverdale Charter Middle School students say their kids were kicked out of class before the opening bell rang this morning even though they signed a waiver opting out of the uniform policy. Parents were told the waiver did not apply to Cloverdale even though the school is in the Little Rock School District.
