A 13-year-old girl was arrested Friday (March 16) on a charge of terrorizing after she lied to administrators at a Kenner middle school about a school shooting threat, according to the Kenner Police Department. The girl "intentionally communicated" to Roosevelt Middle School officials that she had received a Snapchat message threatening that a shooting would occur either at Roosevelt Middle or another site, said Kenner police spokesman Lt.
