Finland's Sako recalls rifle cartridges 11.11.2005 at 11:01 Finnish rifle and ammunition maker Sako announced Thursday it was recalling rifle cartridges of the calibre 308 Winchester made between 1990 and 1992. According to the manufacturer, said the cartridges may have corrosion damage that could cause the cartridge case to fail when firing. Sako says the failure is not likely to break a weapon, but may cause a backward discharge of cordite gases.
