Pittsburgh is about to find out what political party patrons of an upscale Japanese steakhouse prefer their ketchup to be affiliated with. Nakama restaurant on the South Side last week began polling its diners on whether they favor Heinz or W ketchup. Democrat nominee John Kerry's wife, Teresa Heinz Kerry, is the Heinz ketchup heiress; W ketchup is a novelty condiment cooked up by George Bush supporters who considered the idea of putting a condiment with Democrat leanings on their burger and fries distasteful.
