July 13, 2006 -- BALTIMORE - In one of the strongest indications he'll seek the nation's top job, Rudy Giuliani said yesterday he's "seriously considering" a run for president. He made the comment at a fund-raiser for Maryland Gov. Robert Ehrlich's re-election bid. He said he would continue to travel the country to gauge the breadth of his support and his ability to raise the money needed for a presidential bid.
