Donald Trump has confused Joe Biden for Barack Obama for the third time in less than six months at a rally in Virginia. The mistake came as Trump was addressing a crowd of thousands of supporters at the Greater Richmond Convention Center on Saturday night. He was urging voters to show up at the polls to vote for him, despite his double loss in the blue-trending state in 2016 and 2020.
