Primm Valley Casino Resorts, the last of the three major casinos near the California-Nevada border, will permanently close its doors on July 4, KTLA sister station KLAS reported. I live in Vegas and I've been watching a live traffic cam showing the traffic near Primm, NV , which is at the NV/CA state line on I-15. It's been going on since 10:00AM this morning, and it's been 5mph, bumper to bumper all day and is continuing into the night. I've never seen anything like it.
