Teen charged with intoxication manslaughter ARLINGTON -- A woman died, and two children and an adult were injured in an alcohol-related accident about midnight Friday in south Arlington, authorities said. Nogaelda Zavala, 38, was pronounced dead at the accident scene in the 600 block of Debbie Lane, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner's office.
