David Pogue, the New York Times technology columnist and CBS News correspondent, and his wife have been charged with disorderly conduct following a domestic dispute Monday at their Westport home that police said turned physical. Pogue happens to be speaking today at the Shelton Marriott at a conference to benefit the victims of domestic violence.

LOS ANGELES (Nov. 16) -- Betty Sugiyama was rushing to catch a train for a shopping trip when authorities say the unthinkable happened: A homeless woman leapt from a bench and shoved her onto the tracks. Witnesses said the woman then calmly returned to her seat as Sugiyama writhed in pain on the tracks with a cracked skull.
