A powerful earthquake that struck off Russia's Kamchatka Peninsula on July 29 has triggered a chain reaction of volcanic eruptions along the Pacific Ring of Fire. The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Monday that a body found Sunday evening at Laguna Creek State Beach in Santa Cruz is that of Cash Bradley Paul Ebright.
