'We'll evacuate 23 outposts very soon'

The Netanyahu government’s Defense Minister Ehud Barak has declared war against what the government terms illegal Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria and has issued warning orders to residents in nine of the small towns on scattered hilltops. More orders to evacuate or face eviction may be issued for the remaining 13 communities.

(IsraelNN.com) U.S. State Department Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice tonight told Foreign Minister Silvan Shalom that Israel must dismantle outposts in Judea and Samaria. Tourism Minister Benny Elon of the National Union said Monday night that the dismantling of outposts was a "surrender to American pressure" which is pressing Israel to implement the 'road map' peace plan.
