I set In Flanders Fields to music, and created a song. My band and I recorded it a while back. We played it at a Memorial Day celebration in Black Canyon City, AZ to honor those who have served and never came home. Freedom is never free. Someone always pays the cost.

Security sources in southern California have told Stratfor about incidents involving "vehicle-spoofing" -- or the use of falsely marked utility vehicles. The markings -- said to be fairly professionally done -- were identified by investigators looking into drug-smuggling cases. That said, the potential for vehicle-spoofing and other types of disguises as terrorist tactics is a cause for concern. Was a beautiful sunny day today in Clovis. Pelco's California Memorial is awesome. We could see the huge flag flowing in the breeze from blocks away as we approached the site. The photos do not do justice to this flag. It is huge! Also greatly enjoyed the flyover just as we arrived. The ceremony was great. Don't know exactly how many people attended, but the number must've been in the thousands. There was marching bands, bagpipes, prayers, speeches and honor guards.
