DORMONT, Pa. -- Two Mexican immigrants are in custody after police said they found the couple's 2-year-old son alone in their Dormont apartment. Police have charged Raul Cruz-Romero, 24, and Yolando Pablo-Segundo, 19, with endangering the welfare of a child.
