Clearly stated. Income tax? Separate. Find a way to prove whoever works 40 hours a week thru paycheck stubs. The 40 hour workers are the engine of this economy. Tax at ONE RATE every 2 years and decide on a minimum income for the 40 hour types. ANY job should count towards the 40-including minimum wage. Let the Rats fight every 2 years for a higher rate.
