King County prosecutor Norm Maleng says he will seek the death penalty for Conner Schierman who is accused of killing four people in Kirkland last summer. Maleng said he deliberated for ten days after receiving a mitigation packet from Schierman's defense attorneys. The packet included information about Schierman's mental health history.
