Netflix (NFLX) shares shot up nearly 7% to 246 in early afternoon trading Monday after Qualcomm (QCOM) said some Android tablets and smart phones will be able to stream Netflix movies and TV shows. Also Monday, an analyst at Caris raised its price target on Netflix to $316 from $224. On Friday, Nielsen reported that Netflix became the first paid online video site to hit the top 10 list of online traffic visitors. Netflix boasted 7.394 million unique online visitors in January, up 15.6% vs. December. Google’s (GOOG) YouTube led with 112.764 million, with Facebook at 32.328 million.
