The second big-screen spinoff of the paranormal TV adventure will be called "The X-Files: I Want to Believe," Chris Carter, the series' creator and the movie's director and co-writer, told The Associated Press. Freepers, I saw a movie a few years ago and can't remember the title. It was an ensemble cast, and the title was something like "9:23". It was a time, and the plot was brilliantly written from six or seven different perspectives of what happened at that particular moment. Someone was hit by a car; another guy was chased into a cemetery. I think it came out the same year as "Crash," and in some ways was like it. Any ideas? Sorry, but I can't remember ONE of the stars in it.
