Citizens of Marshall County and the entire Ohio Valley are being asked to rally in support of U.S. troops overseas. Marshall County Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Dave Knuth announced Monday the cities of Moundsville and Glen Dale will be holding a rally to show support for American troops who are serving in the Middle East.
