Out of everyone currently in Congress, I think it's safe to say that Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) is having the hardest time coming to grips with Donald Trump's presidency. She skipped the inauguration, passed on Trump's address to Congress, called the Trump White House a bunch of "scumbags," and has been daydreaming over Trump's impeachment since before he was even inaugurated.Now, she's back at it again, tweeting on Tuesday morning that Trump had better "Get ready for impeachment."
