Kokomo -- A mother who left her infant son in an unheated car while she and a friend went into a local strip club was arrested and jailed Sunday, police said. Kokomo Police Lt. David L. Galloway said 22-year-old Tiffany Eagle, rural Kokomo, was taken to the Howard County Jail on preliminary charges of felony neglect and public intoxication. A 2-year-old boy died of heat exhaustion in Healdsburg on Thursday after his allegedly intoxicated mother left him and his 4-year-old brother in a locked van in 90-degree heat for about eight hours, police said. The mother of Liam Paulsen, 35-year-old Rena Corban, apparently began drinking in the morning and passed out on a couch when she returned home around 10 a.m. after running errands with the children, according to Healdsburg police Sgt. <p>The women were found Tuesday afternoon during a drug bust at the Sun Villa motel near 25th and Van Buren streets. Both were in the back of the room, where investigators also found urine and feces on the floor, said Sgt. Randy Force, a Phoenix police spokesman.</p>
