When a ranger at Glacier National Park came across several people Thursday and asked for their identification, one of them was Pranesh Patel, said Pittsburgh police Lt. Daniel Herrmann. A Royal Caribbean International cruise ship resumed its voyage to Puerto Rico on Tuesday as Coast Guard crews searched for a passenger reported missing a day earlier. Between 100,000 and 300,000 barrels a day of Iraq’s declared oil production over the past four years is unaccounted for and could have been siphoned off through corruption or smuggling, according to a draft American government report.
