An illegal alien, reportedly released into the United States by President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS), is accused of driving drunk and causing a crash that killed 37-year-old Jimmy Chang, a well-known realtor in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. Christian Fernando Irias-Ruiz, a 20-year-old Honduran national, has been arrested and charged with first-degree vehicular homicide, drunk driving, reckless driving, speeding, and possession of alcohol by someone under 21 years old. According to police, the crash occurred just days before Christmas when Irias-Ruiz allegedly drove drunk, ran a red light, and t-boned Jimmy Chang’s vehicle — killing him. A...

In June, Victor Martinez-Hernandez was charged with the murder of Rachel Morin, a mother of five in Maryland. Police in Oklahoma tracked the accused repeat offender down with a sample of his DNA recovered from a Los Angeles home invasion in which a nine-year-old girl and her mother were assaulted. Police say he came to the U.S. illegally to escape prosecution for at least one other murder in his native El Salvador in December 2022. “That should never have been allowed to happen,” said Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler, referring to the numerous missed red flags the case presented. His office apprehended...

Joe Biden’s border policies are disastrous for communities nationwide, including cities that are nowhere near United States borders. There have been at least 10.8 million encounters with illegal aliens nationwide since the start of Fiscal Year 2021 (FY2021), according to Rep. Mark Green’s September “Startling Stats” report on the border crisis. The same report indicates that 2 million more aliens have entered as “known gotaways.” According to former chief of Border Patrol Raul Ortiz, the total number of gotaways “could be underreported by as much as 20 percent.” The devastating numbers fail to tell the whole story, however. Embedded in...

(Excerpted) As the chief architect of the Biden Administration’s pro-illegal immigration agenda, the secretary is now seething about the blowback his policies have received. When Mayorkas complains about the lack of “progress” on the immigration issue, he is expressing frustration that pushback from the American people has upset his ability to fully implement his destructive agenda. [Mayorkas] genuinely views his critics as national security threats, and as head of DHS has the power to weaponize the powers of the federal government against them. After all, this is the same man who commissioned a “Disinformation Governance Board” meant to censor political...

Springfield, Ohio, residents raised dire concerns about crime and the influx of migrants during a town hall with Vivek Ramaswamy on Thursday. Under the Biden-Harris administration, Haitian migration increased the town’s population by an estimated 25 percent, according to the Columbus Dispatch. City critics say it is a Haitian invasion, leading to deaths, displaced residents, and surging insurance rates. “There simply are too many mass migrants here in this town, and they’re too richly subsidized. It’s pushing people out of their homes. It’s pushing people out of their jobs,” one resident said during the town hall. “We are at a...

He was resting his case. Longtime Manhattan Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) was mocked and criticized after he appeared to shut his eyes and rested his head during an emotional House Judiciary Committee hearing on the border crisis Tuesday. Lawmakers were hearing from family members of victims who had suffered at the hands of violent illegal immigrants, including the mother of murdered Texas 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray. Two Republicans on the Judiciary Committee quickly blasted Nadler — the panel’s top Democrat — claiming he wasn’t taking the testimony seriously. “From frustrated families in the audience @JudiciaryGOP hearing listening to witnesses who lost...

Nathan Clark, the father of Aiden Clark, told attendees at Tuesday's city commission meeting in Springfield, Ohio, that he wishes his son had been killed by a 60-year-old white man instead of a Haitian because that would mean his son's death would not be used to spread hatred toward immigrants. Aiden's death last year sent shockwaves throughout the community and the country, as his bus was hit by a Haitian driver, bringing national attention to residents' concerns about road safety with Haitian drivers, who often do not have a license. "You know, I wish that my son, Aiden Clark, was...

Germany is set to impose stricter border controls with several neighbouring countries starting next week, following deadly migrant attacks that fueled far-right gains in recent state elections. Germany has announced that it will implement stricter controls along its land borders with France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark and Luxembourg starting next week, with the measures set to remain in place for at least six months. These measures are being introduced as a "last resort" following a series of deadly knife attacks by migrants, which sparked public fury and has largely been seen as the catalyst to a far-right party securing the...

A 20-year-old woman in Hamburg, Germany, has been sent to prison after making “hateful” remarks towards a migrant who was involved in the gang rape of a child. The woman is just one of 140 people being investigated for making “harmful comments” towards the rapists. The horrific assault took place in 2020, and involved multiple groups of migrant men independently attacking a 14-year-old girl in Hamburg’s Stadtpark over the course of one night. The park had become a popular hang-out spot for youth during the COVID-19 lockdowns, and the girl had been there drinking with her friends. But they became...
